Objectives

Provide new knowledge

We increase the Estonian and European knowledge base on digital-era public administration capabilities for the sustainable transition by implementing joint research actions, organizing knowledge exchange initiatives and preparing a new generation of early-career researchers

New training

We develop new graduate and executive training capabilities on public administration, digital transformation and sustainability governance that can serve students and practitioners in Estonia, Europe and beyond

Policy shaping

We actively engage in policy discussions and design by co-creating future scenarios and co-developing policy interventions with Estonian, European and international policymakers and developing dedicated knowledge exchange networks

Research management

We enhance the sustainability and research management capabilities of TalTech and partner universities by developing joint project proposals and boosting research, teaching and support skills
